Legal Notice

Take note that at a regular meeting of the Applewold Borough Council to be held Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 7 p.m. at the Borough Building at 8 Hickory St., Kittanning, PA 16201, the Borough Council shall consider for enactment two ordinances:

• AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF APPLEWOLD, ESTABLISHING A STOP INTERSECTION ON RIDGE AVENUE AT MAPLE STREET FOR TRAFFIC TRAVELING SOUTH.

• AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF APPLEWOLD, AMENDING THE SANITARY SEWER ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE VALIDITY PERIOD FOR INSPECTION CERTIFICATIONS FROM THREE YEARS TO SEVEN YEARS.

A true and correct copy of the said ordinances are available for inspection Monday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the abovesaid address or by requesting a copy from the Borough Secretary in writing.
